Eugene Spiegle – – gene@abumbook.com
Gene is a retired Associate Professor of Professional Practice and Senior Program Manager at Rutgers Business School, Department of Supply Chain Management. He was the founder and President of the Cambridge Group, a Project Management consulting and organizational development firm located in Bedminster, New Jersey. He has an international reputation in project management, communications, and operations management. He has over fifty years of experience in management, project management, and both line and staff positions, enabling him to deliver practical, common sense, and theory-based perspectives.
Before his position as project manager for the United Nations, Gene performed various positions, from President of a firm pioneering and specializing in automated systems to Vice-President of engineering of a Fortune 500 company. Gene holds degrees in psychology and engineering with an advanced degree in psychology. Mr. Spiegle has been an adjunct faculty in project management, engineering management, and communications at the Conference Board of New York, and Battelle Memorial Institute.

Combining the Pulse Factor technology with my 60 years of experience accepting and successfully managing a wide range of complex business and legal challenges provides the knowledge and understanding to counsel and guide you and your team.
My responsibilities started post-engineering school graduation with territorial sales and progressed post-law school into US patent application examination, law firm patent litigation, and prosecution.
Later, I worked as a corporate international patent counsel based in London for 20 years as corporate Chief Intellectual Property Officer, and these last 20 years, sharing my knowledge as an innovation and Pulse Factor consultant made me appreciate the importance of the Pulse Factor approach to management.
Work, including being part of a team, takes skill and discipline and is very rewarding, especially with a little help from the Pulse Factor team.

Bill was executive director of the pharma supply chain for Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation for over 30 years before retiring in July 2014. Novartis is one of the largest companies in the world overall and the world’s largest pharmaceutical company by sales at over $58 billion/year. While with Novartis, Bill held a number of supply chain management leadership positions with operational responsibility, both locally and globally, including regional head for North America and global head of pharma supply chain strategy. He also served as the Novartis representative on the Industry Advisory Board for the Center for Supply Chain Management at Rutgers Business School for 14 years and as the advisory board’s chairman for the last five years. Bill is a member of the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), where he is also the education chair for the NJ Roundtable. He was also an advisory board member for LogiPharma. He continues to be a guest speaker on various supply chain management topics at industry and academic events.

From Coleman Equipment to Sandvik to Barnett Industries to The Multitech Group…all part of my Manufacturing evolution through the Material Handling, Power Plants, and DoD workloads.
When John came to NJMEP in 2012, he found a place where he could support a critical Industry that means all the difference to our independence as a Country while keeping New Jersey at the forefront of technology. The program was created and executed by her and is considered a premier part of the overall program, of the MBS Internship Course. Kathleen is also a Professional Career Advisor, Industrial Advisory Board Leader, and Executive Coach for the Rutgers Professional Science Master’s Program.
Kathleen is President of Cashman Consulting LLC, a Leadership Development and Coaching Organization, and her branded Coaching is known as “Conversations with Kathleen”. She has been with the organization for over 30 years. Through this role, she interacts with organizations across industry spectrums and at all levels beginning at the top. She has served her clients as an Executive Coach, Leadership Coach, Leadership Development Presenter, Developer, and Project Manager as well as taken on interim senior positions while supporting the recruiting function. Joe joins the team with a BS from Rutgers Business School in Supply Chain Management and Marketing Science. He brings with him a career spent in Operations and Project Management spanning companies such as Motorola, Georgia Pacific, Dish Network Wireless Deployment, and Amazon. In addition, Joe spent 8 years in Europe, primarily in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Italy. There, he leaded a wide variety of large international projects for a non-profit outreach organization that impacted thousands of people around the world. Today, Joe continues to volunteer in an advisory capacity from the states.
